1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access or use by you, an individual or entity, of the applications, websites, content, products, and services (the “Services”) made available by BOOM. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Social Media Integration and API Usage

To utilize Boom’s core infrastructure, users must authenticate through Third-Party Social Media Platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

  • Authorization: You grant Boom a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to access metadata from your public posts for the sole purpose of performance attribution and brand safety analysis.
  • Compliance: You must comply with all Community Guidelines and Developer Policies of the respective social media platforms. Any violation of third-party terms is a material breach of these Terms.
  • Non-Transferability: Access tokens (OAuth) are personal and cannot be shared.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Integrity

Boom is an infrastructure for authentic human influence. To maintain ecosystem integrity, users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Metric Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or engagement pods to artificially inflate impressions, likes, or shares.
  • Unauthorized Scraping: Using any automated system to extract data from Boom or integrated social media platforms.
  • Misrepresentation: Creating “shadow profiles” or impersonating individuals or brands.
  • Fraudulent Rewards: Attempting to claim financial rewards through non-authentic or deleted content.

4. Ray-X Content Analysis and Compliance

By sharing content through the Boom infrastructure, you acknowledge that our Ray-X AI Pipeline will analyze your content for:

  • Brand Safety: Ensuring content does not contain hate speech, NSFW material, or illegal substances.
  • Contextual Alignment: Verifying that the content meets the specific criteria of the campaign/organization you are advocating for.
  • Verification: Boom reserves the right to withhold rewards if the Ray-X pipeline identifies low-integrity or fraudulent engagement patterns.

5. Influence Rewards and Wallet (PIX)

  • Nature of Rewards: Rewards provided through the Boom Wallet are considered compensation for creative services and professional advocacy, not “payment for clicks.”
  • KYC Compliance: Financial transfers (via PIX or other methods) require identity verification. Boom is not responsible for tax obligations arising from user rewards.
  • Discretionary Payouts: Final attribution and payment values are determined by the RAVE (Risk-Adjusted Value of Engagement) algorithm, which accounts for audience quality and engagement authenticity.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

  • No Guarantee of Virality: Boom provides infrastructure, not a guarantee of social media reach or specific financial outcomes.
  • Platform Independence: Boom is an independent service and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or partnered with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google.
  • “As Is” Basis: Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any account suspensions or shadow-banning occurring on third-party platforms.

7. Termination

Boom may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services, if we detect fraudulent activity, API abuse, or violation of third-party platform rules.
